Brandon has 20+ years of experience across finance, investing, and business operations. He began his career in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division after earning his degree from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. At Cendry, he has led sourcing, structuring, diligence, portfolio value creation, and exits, with experience supporting companies across global markets and cross-cultural business environments
Bob brings 25+ years of experience across aerospace machining, operations, and supply chain management. As CEO of VAERO / VECCO since 2020, he leads the company’s strategic and operational growth. He previously held leadership roles at Wabtec Corporation and Jevco Aerospace, with deep experience scaling industrial operations and managing complex manufacturing environments
Dave brings 20+ years of experience across aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial manufacturing. As Chief Operations Officer of VAERO, he leads technology and systems strategy for the business. He previously held Director of ERP and Director of Supply Chain Management roles at Kaman Aerospace, with earlier global leadership experience at GE and Baker Hughes
Traci brings 25+ years of corporate finance leadership across aerospace and defense. As Chief Financial Officer of VAERO, she draws on deep experience from Kaman and Leonardo DRS, with a background spanning financial strategy, operational finance, reporting, and business leadership in complex industrial environments
Mark has 25+ years of experience across industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. A former Electrolux supply chain executive, he has supported acquisitions in automotive and aerospace/defense and led global operational initiatives. With a PhD in international business and engineering, he specializes in turnarounds, cost control, change management, and executive team development
